We're hiring! CFC pay starts at $25/hour for group exercise instructors and 40% for personal trainers. Our starting hourly rate is higher than the industry average (see salary survey from ACE (American Council on Exercise) Fitness). So, if you already have friends or family members asking you for your advice on how to stay fit, then why not get paid for it? We are looking for people who have a 'passion for fitness' and are willing to put their athletic experience and basic knowledge of fitness to good use by guiding eager clients to their fitness goals.

The Ideal CFC Employee is:

Self-motivated and physically fit
Able to run 4 miles without hesitation
Extremely trustworthy, honest and dependable
Extremely outgoing and loves to be around and talk with all sorts of people
Able to provide own transportation and travel between jobsites, even during rush hour
Experienced with the type of training found in the military, physical education, personal training or from teaching group exercise programs, coaching and/or martial arts
Willing to complete CFC University —our in-house training program
