Custom Fitness Concepts (CFC) has reinvented fitness by making it personal. Fitness Boot Camps (Outdoor Conditioning): For groups of 15 or more, this friendly group exercise program meets outside, year round. You may choose from one of our established locations or start a new fitness boot camp!
Corporate Fitness (Corporate Conditioning): More and more organizations are realizing the benefits of hosting their own group exercise program. With increased esprit de corps, less sick leave used, and overall healthier, happier employees, it makes sense to have CFC come to your office and work with your employees. Boomer Boot Camp: This program is very similar to our Outdoor Conditioning Program but it will be tailored to the Baby Boomers. We will still do all the same types of things we do in the Outdoor Conditioning Program but more focus will be given to things like core body exercises, balance exercises, stretching techniques. And since everyone in the group will be a baby boomer, the pressure to ‘keep up’ will be significantly less!
Personal Training: Individualized, personal attention from one of our highly qualified personal trainers. We will come to your home or office and work with you to achieve your fitness goals. You do not even need any equipment! Enroll in personal training now or learn more.
Sports Conditioning (Coming Soon): This program will be similar to the OC program but will be geared towards athletes. We will not focus on any one particular sport but instead incorporate drills that will help in almost every sport. We will do more explosive drills to build muscle strength, as well as agility drills to build coordination and balance. This program will use lots of extra equipment like medicine balls, agility ladders, stability balls, weighted vests as well other ‘fun’ gear. Striking and Conditioning: This program would be for those individuals who want/need to take out a little aggression on some pads, not each other. This would be for those who are already in good shape and are looking for a new challenge. We are not into beating each other up, but more into learning how to punch, kick and increase the heart rate significantly for short periods of time. A client in this program can easily burn about 1000 calories or more during each session!
Running Improvement Program: Our Running Improvement Program is not a running group or club. This program is designed to make you a better runner, no matter your current level. We expect to have all experience levels including those who are looking to improve their 5K times to those who might be trying to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
Small Group Personal Training: We have a price structure for anywhere between 3 and 14 of your friends, co-workers or family members to work out with a trainer. It’s on your terms. We come to you, any time, at any location! Small group training is one of the fastest growing fitness services around, and why not? It is basically personal training for a fraction of the cost! Get your friends together and start your own small group training program.
